Political scientist, graduate of the Institute of International Relations of the University of Warsaw. In 2007 he earned his doctoral degree at the Department of Political and Social Sciences of the European University Institute in Florence. In 2005–2010 he worked as an expert at the Natolin European Centre, where he took part in the research programme “Euro-Atlantic security in the 21st century”. Between 2002–2007 he was a doctoral student at the European University Institute in Florence. Previously, he was employed as an analyst at the Center for International Relations in Warsaw. Member of the editorial board of “New Europe. Natolin Review” and “Sprawy Międzynarodowe” [International Affairs] quarterlies. Since 2011 member of the Scientific Council of the Institute for Western Affairs in Poznań.
