Ulad Vialichka was born in 1973 in Minsk, Belarus. Graduated from Belarusian State Pedagogic University and Post-graduate Course at National Institute of Education. He speaks Belarusian, Russian, English and Swedish.
Ulad Vialichka is working in NGO sector in Belarus since 1994 and is known as experienced NGO manager, trainer, facilitator, evaluator and consultant. His main areas of activities are: civil society development, organizational development and capacity building of NGOs, project and program monitoring and evaluation, donor policy in Belarus, international cooperation and partnership, Belarusian-European relations, civic and adult education.
In 2008 Ulad Vialichka was elected as the Chairperson of International Consortium EUROBELARUS – organization specialized on promotion of active citizenship and development of Belarus-EU relations. He participated in the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forums in Brussels (2009) and Berlin (2010). In 2009 he was elected as country Facilitator on Belarus to the Forum Steering Committee, and in 2010 – as a speaker of the EaP Civil Society Forum and Co-Chair of the Steering Committee.
